It was very easy to submit the names and emails of everyone who needed training. **What do you dislike about KnowQo?** I do not have any negative feedback about the products or service provided by KnowQo. One thing I would add to a "wishlist" if asked would be to receive at least weekly updates as to the number of people who have completed the training and to have the ability to set a "deadline" for completion. **What problems is KnowQo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Each year we have 30 incoming Physician Assistant Students who must complete HIPAA training before matriculation. Finding KnowQo for that training has made this easier for the students and for the administration. With completion of training, the student is awarded a "certificate of completion," which they send to the admissions department for uploading to the student's file. This process has been seamless from the start, both from the administrative side and the ease of use for the student. ### 2. Even with it being free, it does not sacrifice quality of training which is a massive need for us being in the rehab sphere. It's very easy to use, implementation was quick and painless, and it was nice to receive outreach from the owner who was ready to help very quickly after we signed up. We're hoping to use all available compliance trainings relevant to our company as we continue to operate. **What do you dislike about KnowQo?** Kind of wish there wasn't a break between each concept requiring you to confirm completion of the concept; would be nice to just continuously flow through each section. Also wondering if the videos are made from generative AI, as we are hoping to avoid generative AI more. **What problems is KnowQo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using KnowQo for HIPAA compliance training to ensure all of our practitioners are regularly refreshing their memory and understanding privacy and security measures. ### 3.
