What do you like best about KnowQo?

I searched for and found several HIPAA training sites; when I found KnowQo, it was the perfect fit for my needs. It was very easy to submit the names and emails of everyone who needed training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowQo?

I do not have any negative feedback about the products or service provided by KnowQo. One thing I would add to a "wishlist" if asked would be to receive at least weekly updates as to the number of people who have completed the training and to have the ability to set a "deadline" for completion. What problems is KnowQo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Each year we have 30 incoming Physician Assistant Students who must complete HIPAA training before matriculation. Finding KnowQo for that training has made this easier for the students and for the administration. With completion of training, the student is awarded a "certificate of completion," which they send to the admissions department for uploading to the student's file. This process has been seamless from the start, both from the administrative side and the ease of use for the student. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
