What do you like best about KnownHost?

Knownhost is easy to work with. We have a reseller account and have found them to be very responsive and helpful. The full suite of premium hosting software is available--cPanel, WHM, Softacular, Lightspeed caching. It has been easy to create subaccounts and additional users. What do you dislike about KnownHost?

The initial screen on login is a bit confusing and could be improved. Other than that, no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KnownHost solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to host multiple websites and provide clients 360-degree control of their hosting experience. Nothing is kept back from our end users--they can fully configure their nameservers, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
