What do you like best about KnowledgeOwl?

Working with the KnowledgeOwl team, we had one of the smoothest migrations to a new platform that I've ever experienced.

They've also continued to provide amazing support. Any question we've raised has gotten a fast, knowledgeable response, and it doesn't feel like the attention dropped off once the contract was signed the way it can with other vendors.

On the product side, the editor itself is a big step up from WordPress: an intuitive WYSIWYG editor, a global Find & Replace across the whole KB, built-in SEO fields, and version staging for coordinating docs with product launches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowledgeOwl?

Honestly not much to flag. The KnowledgeOwl team has been able to address and resolve any issues that I've come across. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KnowledgeOwl solving and how is that benefiting you?

We'd been dealing with ongoing reliability issues on WordPress. Moving to KnowledgeOwl gave us a more stable public help center, better tools for keeping content accurate and organized, and it's actually cheaper than what we were paying before.
