"A review for KnowledgeCity"

What do you like best about KnowledgeCity?

I like the quality of the training they provide and also the fact that you can have unlimited access to all the lessons. There are a lot of features that my employer could customize depending on which aspects of the training a candidate needs to catch up on. The support is also excellent.

Another important plus point is that they typically offer their programs in many languages. That helped really in my case because we had to rain someone in a language different from English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowledgeCity?

Nothing as such, but I'd have preferred it more if they allowed users to create better customized courses. they allow ample customization, but you have to be within their framework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering KnowledgeCity:

Really great software, which lowers costs substantially and increases efficiency of the entire training process. A must use for small businesses which need thorough training for new employees but cannot afford to spend too much on the training itself.

What problems is KnowledgeCity solving and how is that benefiting you?
