What do you like best about KnowledgeCity?

Because our training needs vary depending on each employee and their role, it’s helpful to have a course library that already covers many of the basics. The catalog includes everything from workplace communication to more technical subjects, and assigning courses to employees is fairly straightforward. I also appreciate being able to quickly see who has completed their training, without having to follow up with everyone one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowledgeCity?

I wish there were a faster, more streamlined way to set up automatic reassignments within learning paths. The feature does work as intended, but having a few additional options would make it much easier to manage recurring training and keep everything organized over time. What problems is KnowledgeCity solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a better way to organize onboarding and ongoing employee training without having to create all of the content ourselves. KnowledgeCity provides the courses we need along with a straightforward way to track completions, which has saved our HR team a good amount of administrative work.
