I love the comparison feature that allows me to immediately select the articles that are best reviewed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Knowledge Base Dashboards & Reports?
I feel like the ratings are sometimes very subjective to a certain demographic and not objective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
