Knowify does the best job of "covering all the bases" of any construction accounting program I've used. All my regular tasks have an easy way to record project info that becomes accessible to all users. While my tasks are primarily limited to purchasing and inventory, I have reviewed most of the other apps, and they seem to be as complete and straightforward as the ones I use daily.

The form and format of material allocations for service jobs needs to allow the user to expand/resize the windows. As-is, the item column is way too narrow to show all the entered text. It's OK for entering, but if you want to look something up you can't read it in the very limited space. If you click on an item so you can read it, the job window closes right after, so you have to reopen the job window to continue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
