What do you like best about Knowify?

User-friendly overall, and the implementation process was fairly quick. The support team is very responsive. Integration with Zapier, and more recently the MCP connectors to work with Claude, is very convenient for setting up automations or querying complex data from Knowify without much hassle. I also appreciate the frequent updates to both existing and new features. Pricing is decent compared with other software. Being a cloud-based SaaS makes it easy to work from pretty much anywhere with an internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowify?

The inventory management module isn't synced with QBO. Need to add product assembly to help with faster quoting and purchasing. Need a more robust reporting tool since we can only run preset reports and not able to have access to the entire data set for custom reporting. Need to add payroll code for users to enter their time with proper code like straight time, over time, stat holiday, personal days, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Knowify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manage our project quotes, purchase orders, expenses and labor time very well. With Knowify, we are able to control our project cost and stay close to our budget easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
