User-friendly overall, and the implementation process was fairly quick. The support team is very responsive. Integration with Zapier, and more recently the MCP connectors to work with Claude, is very convenient for setting up automations or querying complex data from Knowify without much hassle. I also appreciate the frequent updates to both existing and new features. Pricing is decent compared with other software. The inventory management module isn't synced with QBO. Need to add product assembly to help with faster quoting and purchasing. Need a more robust reporting tool since we can only run preset reports and not able to have access to the entire data set for custom reporting.
