What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

I think the AI additions have been helpful. The ability to ask AI to recommend training modules has definitely sped up the process of me having to find the material with the message I am trying to communicate. They have also launched a new “gamification” option to have leaderboards around reporting the campaigns, which I think is a great idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

My only real complaint has been some compatibility issues with KnowBe4 and Microsoft. It’s always temporary, but there are times when Microsoft makes a change and then KnowBe4 has to adjust something to make things work correctly. I wish they were a bit more forward thinking when preparing for Microsoft changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before I was using KnowBe4 I had to create the phishing campaigns and training material myself. It took a long time and it wasn't as high quality as what KnowBe4 provides. Now that I am using this tool, it takes me way less time to setup campaigns and I have a whole Netflix of training material to choose from. Not to mention I can track statistics and generate reports for executive management to see how we are doing as an organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
