What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

The biggest downside is that the basic package could be more comprehensive. The available training content is relatively limited, and after some time it becomes difficult to offer enough variation to users. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps us increase security awareness among our employees and significantly reduces the risk of successful phishing and social engineering attacks. We noticed a clear improvement even after the first training sessions. Employees became more alert, more likely to recognize suspicious emails, and more willing to report potential threats.
