"Enhances Email Security with Useful Alerts"

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

I really appreciate KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security for its effectiveness in catching emails and especially the informative banners. The different color labels on incoming emails, with flags like red to indicate phishing signs, provide real information to users about potentially dangerous emails. I love the nudges too; they pop up to alert users when sensitive data that shouldn't be in an email might be sent out, or if someone not usually in the email chain gets added, which is really helpful for similar names. The initial setup was very simple, and after a few sessions for the proof of concept, it was ready for deployment once purchased. Overall, it complements our existing email security very well by preventing threats and helping with data loss prevention using the Prevent module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

The reporting is getting better but I would like a way to get professional looking reports such as the ones in their security awareness training platform. I have also noticed a few brief hiccups and KnowBe4 integrates Egress and their other security tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security to enhance email security, prevent threats, provide warnings of suspicious emails, and prevent data loss with the Prevent module.
