"Knock AI Made Our Sales Funnel Conversational—and Boosted Conversions"

What do you like best about knock-ai?

I like that Knock AI removed the friction in our sales funnel, the biggest benefit we had was that it removed our forms and captured the intent without the forms. It made the experience conversational instead, buyers directly reached out to us in Slack using the slack modal instead of filling out a form and our rep directly talked to the buyers instead of filling out a form (so it ended up making it the most interactive part for them and our conversion rate also went from 8% to 77%) as buyers were abandoning form filling. What do you dislike about knock-ai?

I didn't dislike anything about Knock AI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is knock-ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main problem was that the forms were not converting, Knock AI replaced static forms with Slack chat and our reps or their AI Agent can directly talk to them in slack and qualify them. Earlier, the form abandonment rate was about 80% and now that we replaced forms with Slack Chat our conversion rate is up by 83%. And Knock Chat helped us talk to buyers in multiple channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, etc. So, it removed friction from everywhere for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
