"Knock AI Supercharged Our Inbound Conversions Across Every Channel"

What do you like best about knock-ai?

Knock AI helped us convert our inbound traffic from both our official site as well as from other touchpoints like documents, pdfs, from listing sites, review sites, etc.

It also helped us to convert our traffic from LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta ads. It boosted our inbound traffic conversion rate from 7% to 79%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about knock-ai?

It doesn't offer any outbound capabilities, would be great if we could have outbound capabilities as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is knock-ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were not able to convert our inbound traffic that we generated from our website, off site efforts, and even the one that we generated from our paid ads efforts. Traffic was coming in but we weren't able to identify potential buyers, capture them, and convert them. Sometimes the reps didn't have enough context of buyers and sometimes it was getting lost in handoffs

Earlier we were using Qualified for converting our inbound pipeline but with Qualified off site conversion was difficult and it became salesforce centric after Salesforce acquired them and we didn't want to get locked in that.

And Knock Ai helped us quickly build us relationships with the potential buyers in Slack. It identified the intent quickly, taking all the context needed, quickly assigned the right rep and filling all the details in our CRM, routed all the buyer context directly in Slack and talk to them easily.
