What do you like best about knock-ai?

What I found interesting about Knock AI is how it removes some of the awkwardness from the usual "interested -> fill out a form -> wait for sales" process. What do you dislike about knock-ai?

I think the experience could become even more useful with more options to tailor the conversation depending on the source or type of visitor. That would give teams more control over how they want to engage different audiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is knock-ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of potential conversations can disappear simply because there's too much friction between showing interest and actually talking to someone. Knock AI helps remove that extra step. Instead of waiting for a visitor to fill out a form and hoping they come back, we have a way to engage while the interest is still fresh. That's probably the part I've found most valuable.
