One area where Knit can continue to improve is around data synchronization frequency and error observability. While the current sync intervals are sufficient for most business workflows, organizations that depend on near real-time updates may benefit from more frequent synchronization options.
Additionally, error diagnostics could be more actionable. Today, errors are often surfaced as status codes with basic stack traces, which can make root-cause analysis challenging. It would be valuable to have richer error reporting, such as provider-specific error details, failed payload snapshots, troubleshooting guidance, and clearer visibility into whether the issue originated from the source system, the webhook processing layer, or Knit itself.
