What problems is Klysera solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hiring technical talent in the US is crazy expensive, especially when you're trying to save on costs as a growing brand, and hiring offshore is also very risky because I made so many mistakes. I didn't have any technical background, so I couldn't exactly interview the engineers myself.

I asked around, and a friend recommended Klysera, specifically because I needed someone who was AI-native. The intro call was definitely an experience, but they were one of the few talent agencies that put their money where their mouth is. I felt more confident once I realized that the founder himself was an established engineer, so I didn't have to worry about getting half-baked technical talent that needed hand-holding.

Oh, and did I mention that I didn't have to pay a single dime until the engineer hit my desired benchmarks? It's been 12 crazy months, and I couldn't be more grateful for them tbh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
