What I value most about Kloutit is the real involvement of the team. From the first day, I was surprised by how they side with the customer: they listen to our needs, understand our pain points, and act quickly to help us. What problems is Kloutit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kloutit helps us manage and optimize our chargeback disputes. Before, we had little visibility, scattered processes, and inconsistent results. With Kloutit, we better understand what information is missing, how we should structure each dispute, and what data increases our chances of success. This has improved our internal efficiency and significantly increased the quality of the disputes we submit. The platform is very intuitive and allows for easy creation of disputes, either from scratch or using templates that you can enrich with additional data. But the most useful aspect is the service that accompanies the product: their "four hands" approach, working together, reviewing cases one by one, and providing their expertise to ensure each dispute is optimized before being sent.
