What do you like best about Kloudbean?

The standout feature for me has been the exceptional support. Unlike most hosting companies that create a panic when issues arise, KloudBean has consistently demonstrated a proactive and helpful approach in addressing problems, taking ownership and ensuring a resolution rather than relegating me to a support ticket. And Now I dont have to use differnet servers for setting my other applications which are not php based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kloudbean?

I dont like the part where I have no clue about the cloudserver selection, I wish the platfrom could recommed us somthnig according to our requrement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kloudbean solving and how is that benefiting you?

My website used to experience severe slowness and encountered issues almost every other day. I had to hire devops to bring it back online, and the predetermined billing structure proved to be beneficial. With fixed billing, there are no unexpected charges, and I don't have to continually verify billing details to understand how the amount was calculated, providing a sense of stability.
