Klipboard talks to all the other software we need it to integrate with and we've experienced minimal downtime when we really need it. Their support team has always kept us updated about upcoming features, they've been responsive to our requests for customization, and they're always trying to make progress for their users. The design is clean and easy to use and it's simple to export reports that give me actionable easy to understand data about my business.
