K Link is easy to use for all user roles and administrator roles also/ Good for monitoring regarding calls service level and recording also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about klink.cloud?
In the Analytics dashboard, Queue service level has been calculating the abandon calls that have been dropped by customers hand up within IVR stage.
Our point of view, Queue service level shouldn’t calculate the abandoned calls on IVR before being routed to an agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
