What do you like best about Meltwater?

it's a great tool to research and discover influenceurs based on several criterias like the location, interests, and followers interests. You can also search by keywords. It gives up to date insights like true reach and engagement rate too for instagram and tiktok and you can see the % of the audience by country and city. Very helpful for my reporting and vetting when presenting profiles to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meltwater?

The location tool sometimes doesnt work. For example i'll serach an influencer in Canada and Klear will show me some profiles from the US. Or they're sometimes wrong about the location of an influencer. Someone I know for example who's from BC and they will say he's from the states. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can get insights and know if an influencer has real influence. You can detect if a user is buying followers easily because you get to see their true reach and engagement rate. There's also a Klear score associated to each profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
