What do you like best about Meltwater?

Support. Their team is super attentive and cares about helping you take advantage of the tool.

Klear is still being built every day, which is nothing else but positive. Constant change and improvements are s a matter in digital business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meltwater?

Nothing bad to say about the tool. They have fixed everything we need them to correct.

We're located in central America in different of other areas, and that was an issue with the filters in the beginning but they've improved the features for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding the profiles we need for each campaign, making sure they're legit, measuring every campaign post, and even sharing it with our client. We love klear and so our clients do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
