What do you like best about Meltwater?

I love having the ability to track and monitor the activity from influencers. It's so much easier to track on Klear than trying to do it in your own spreadsheet manually.

It's easy for influencers to join the program, which is a great for onboarding new people who aren't part of the system yet.

I have found it very useful for honing in on the right influencers who match well with the products and services my company offers. That was one of the hardest parts as a company with a small social media presence. We couldn't easily find the best people to work with in our market. Klear makes that very simple. What do you dislike about Meltwater?

I wish there were even more influencers on the platform, and that their contact info was more readily available. Other than that we've been pleased with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you?

Klear is helping solve the problem of finding the right people to work with. It's also solving the problem of keeping track of the results of campaigns on social media.
