Response time to resolve issues is too long for our client's needs and requests. There have been multiple teething issues with social platform connections throughout the year. The lack of report customisation means we re-do the reports in our format. The road map to development is not as vast as other platforms, and Klear's CRM system is not as easily useable as initially described when we were sold the tool.
