What do you like best about Klaxoon?

After over a year of using Klaxoon, the biggest win for our team and me has been how much time it saves us in workshops. What used to take hours of prep and facilitation now comes together quickly, thanks to ready-to-use templates. The board is genuinely one of the best visual collaboration tools I've used. It keeps everyone aligned during meetings and workshops, whether the team is in the same room or spread across location. For us, we are based in different countries and Klaxoon makes it feel so smooth. The integrations with teams and zoom make it frictionless to embed into our existing workflow. What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

There aren't any major dealbreakers, but there are a few things to mention. The platform can have a little learning curve for the new users, onboarding teammates who are not tech-savvy. They need a bit of hand-holding before they feel comfortable navigating it independently. Occasional performance issues during larger sessions can also slow things down slightly. What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Klaxoon, we struggled with several recurring challenges like brainstorming sessions that lacked structure and went off track, inconsistent training delivery across the team, time-consuming workshop preparation, especially in remote meetings where it's easy for people to feel disengaged.
