What do you like best about Klaviyo?

It's easy to use, and has lots of templates. I love that I can set up automations for both SMS and email marketing to recover abandoned cart sales and get new visitors to buy. And it has a free plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaviyo?

Some integrations that I am looking for don't exist, and this requires me to use a third-party tool in order to integrate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Emails are now sent automatically. I like that Klaviyo was created specifically for eCommerce audiences . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
