Even though I'm new to using Klaviyo, I can see that they thought everything through to different types of traffic and email sequences. One feature I do like is the graph it gives you to build when someone opts into an email sequence and where they can go if they buy or trigger another trigger. They also have an SMS feature as well that I plan on using in the near future. Also allowing you to use the service for free until you get a certain amount of subscribers is a plus and a big help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Klaviyo? It can be a bit complicated to learn all the features. Most of it will come with experience. I believe their helpline is only email base but usually do get contacted within 24 hours. There has also been one issue that I has come up when putting emails on "smart send." When testing, it never sent out the emails until I took off the smart send feature. Also, when you ask that it takes 1 min to send the email form the trigger, it takes an additional 2-3 min. Recommendations to others considering Klaviyo: They have a lot of different options to utilize your email lists, which is great, but it may take some time to learn how it all works. At the moment, I am creating an extensive amount of email sequences for different opt-in locations and landing pages.
