"Streamlines Performance Management with Great Onboarding and Support"

What do you like best about Klaar?

I love how it frees up managers from admin tasks in performance management and how it allows them to better connect and be present with their team members. Its is veritile and works with the Google Ecosystem. I like its approach with AI that it captures performance and not the personal items and allows for better management of performance and review cycles. What do you dislike about Klaar?

What problems is Klaar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Klaar is assisting us with our remote performance management. We have employees located throughout the United States, and Klaar is helping us capture performance in a straightforward and efficient manner.
