What do you like best about Kizen?

The platform streamlined our daily tracking by facilitating visual sales pipelines and automated email follow-ups which saves me hours each week instead of manually updating records and an unexpected benefit is how the smart data organization automatically flags duplicate contacts that also keeps our database incredibly clean. What do you dislike about Kizen?

What problems is Kizen solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled with scattered customer records and missed follow-ups, but now we can use the centralized workspace to trigger automated workflows, which has resulted in saving around 10 hours a week on manual entry and furthermore the clear reporting dashboards help improve productivity across the whole organization.
