What do you like best about Kizen?

What do you dislike about Kizen?

It can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for those new to the product. There are a lot of features, so it takes time to learn where everything is and how to use it efficiently. Sometimes it’s not as intuitive as I’d like, which can slow things down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
