Love the Text Messaging customer and integrations with Zoho makes it easy to track calls and view call history. I love the coaching options and the ability to switch from desk to power call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside would be issues like calls not logging 100% on Zoho. Other than that, there is not a lot of down time with Kixie. Maybe the reports view could be better in Kixie for call history and exporting. Also, the Chat icon on the lower right should be moveable.
