What I dislike about Kixie PowerCall & SMS is that the call quality can sometimes be inconsistent, especially when I’m on a weaker internet connection. I also find the interface for managing SMS templates could be a bit more intuitive and easier to navigate. Aside from those issues, it’s a solid tool overall.
