What do you like best about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

Kixie have a suite of features that make cold calling more effective.

- Parallel Dialler

- Local presence (my cold calls look like they're coming from a local number, to prospects)

- AI to help avoid listening to voicemails

And good integration with CRM etc.

With a great team and great customer service, highly recommend it.

I use it daily, and we are scaling out our cold calling team currently, utilizing Kixie as our SaaS.

What do you dislike about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

No ringless voicemail drop, however this is not a huge deal.

It is a powerful tool, so it has many options. You'll need to go through their onboarding process to get this all done - was a helpful process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kixie PowerCall & SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were seeking a parallel dialler that would increase our pick-up rates, by avoiding spam flags as much as possible. Kixie additionally had local presence, which further helps pick-up rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
