What do you like best about Kissmetrics?

I've been using Kissmetrics for about a year now, and it has considerably transformed how we analyze and interpret our customer data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?

The only problem we ran into with Kissmetrics was that sometimes the data analysis would take about 10-20 minutes. This also depends on how big your report range is or the type of report we are running. Sometimes we run Yearly ones and those are the ones that take a bit longer. I have brought this up with their support and sounds like they are making improvements to speed up longer range reports. Other than that no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary problem that Kissmetrics solves for us is the ability to understand our customers' behavior at a granular level. Before Kissmetrics, we were limited to surface-level analytics, which didn't provide us enough information to make informed decisions. We were essentially making marketing decisions in the dark.
