What do you like best about Kisi?

I really appreciate Kisi's ease of use both from a management level and for the users once downloaded. It's very straightforward to add and remove users, especially with the integration with Glofox, even though it's not as full as we'd like. The tailgating software is also great and easy to use. Setting up Kisi was very easy for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kisi?

The fact it's a separate app from our Glofox app, so not a full integration. Having to get members to download our club app powered by Glofox and then the separate app isn't ideal. Also, third parties like GymPass/Wellhub you do not integrate with, so these users can only use us when staff is there, which also isn't ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kisi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kisi enables secure, 24-hour access to our unmanned gym, simplifying management. It's easy to use for both management and users. Its integration with Glofox, though not perfect, makes user management straightforward. The tailgating software is a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
