I really appreciate Kisi's ease of use both from a management level and for the users once downloaded. It's very straightforward to add and remove users, especially with the integration with Glofox, even though it's not as full as we'd like. The tailgating software is also great and easy to use. The fact it's a separate app from our Glofox app, so not a full integration. Having to get members to download our club app powered by Glofox and then the separate app isn't ideal. Also, third parties like GymPass/Wellhub you do not integrate with, so these users can only use us when staff is there, which also isn't ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
