It's super easy to create pages dedicated to knowledge that can be edited and shared with the team. You can create like a whole system that also each department to create tabs in which they can write up some knowledge they have: processes, way of working, etc. You can use it anytime with any colleague to explain something. The UX/Ui is not great; It can become a real mess if you don't try to put some sort of organization from the start. As anyone can create, copy, and edit.
