What I appreciate most about Kipu is its ability to keep clinical documentation organized, accessible, and consistent. Having member information, treatment plans, progress notes, and attendance records in one centralized system helps streamline my workflow and supports continuity of care. I especially value the ability to document individualized member progress while maintaining accountability and professional documentation standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most about Kipu is how time-consuming and repetitive the documentation process can become, particularly when completing individual notes for large groups. The system could benefit from a more streamlined, user-friendly interface that reduces unnecessary navigation and repetitive data entry without compromising clinical accuracy or individualized documentation. Improving efficiency would allow facilitators to spend less time navigating the software and more time focusing on meaningful member engagement and quality care.
