I love how easy it is to customise. I've been using KIPU for almost 8-9 years now. I love using it. I started using KIPU while living in Florida as an art facilitator, adding notes for clients in my group. This was back in 2017. So I've been using it consistently since then, at multiple facilities. I am not sure about the pricing but I know they are competitive in the market which is great. Their support team is amazing, they always get back to you fast! It seems there are glitches sometimes. And sometimes they update the interface without prior knowledge, but the great thing about KIPU is you can decide if you want to keep what they change.
