What do you like best about Kipps AI?

Kipps.AI makes it incredibly easy to build and deploy AI agents across multiple channels - chat, voice, and WhatsApp — without needing deep technical expertise. The interface is intuitive, and the support for RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) ensures the bots can give accurate, context-aware answers from our own data. What do you dislike about Kipps AI?

What problems is Kipps AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kipps.AI is helping us automate customer interactions across both chat and voice channels. Earlier, handling repetitive queries and lead qualification required a lot of manual effort and coordination between teams. With Kipps.AI, our AI agents now handle these interactions 24/7, provide instant responses from our internal knowledge base, and even escalate complex cases to humans seamlessly.
