"We love Kintsugi"

What do you like best about Kintsugi?

The biggest win for us has been not having to think about sales tax compliance anymore. We sell direct to consumer across a lot of states, and Kintsugi handles the nexus tracking, registrations, and filings automatically so we're not scrambling to figure out where we owe or when. Being able to see our liability across every state in one dashboard has made this part of the business basically hands off, which is exactly what I wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kintsugi?

Honestly not much to put here. The team handled the setup and registrations for us, so the part that usually trips people up was taken care of. If I had to name something it would just be that sales tax is never going to be a fun topic to deal with, but that's the nature of it, not a Kintsugi problem. What problems is Kintsugi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kintsugi is solving multi-state sales tax for us, which is a real headache for a direct to consumer brand. We ship to customers in a lot of different states, and every one of them has its own rules for when you owe tax and how often you file. Before Kintsugi I was either guessing or spending time I didn't have trying to keep up with it. Now the nexus tracking, registrations, and filings are handled in one place, so I know we're compliant without having to think about it.
