**What do you like best about Kintone?**

Kintone is incredibly easy to use and has a very user-friendly interface. Managing tasks is simple and straightforward, which I really appreciate. I truly love using it.

**What do you dislike about Kintone?**

It's not that I dislike it, but it would be much better if I could export data along with images, or exactly as it appears in Kintone. Some people or clients still require submissions in Excel or PDF format, so having this feature would be really helpful.

**What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes, it can be difficult to keep track of which files have been updated. In the past, we worked exclusively with Excel files, and my colleagues would often ask which version was the most current. Now, with Kintone, whenever someone asks about updates, I simply tell them to check Kintone.

  ### 2. Highly Customizable and User-Friendly Data Management for Unique Workflows

**What do you like best about Kintone?**

The customization available to meet our unique needs for data housing and management was a major plus. Being able to build fields and organize information around our specific workflows was extremely appealing, especially compared to other similar products with fixed functions or having to pay over $15K to get something closer to custom. For an organization with team members who are less data-oriented, this also made it very user-friendly, without the clutter or unnecessary fields.

**What do you dislike about Kintone?**

We ended up needing a fair number of plug-ins and additional customization to get our data to communicate with other components. It would be helpful if we could do more out of the box, with less customization, especially when it comes to analyzing the data rather than just housing it.

**What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us address a major issue we had with organizing our data and tracking it over time. Before this, we were relying on separate spreadsheets and other old-school ways of storing information. Everything was kept by program instead of in one central place, which made it harder to view, understand, and use the information consistently across the organization. Now we have a central (and secure) place to store, view, and understand data dynamically without hours of manual labor pulling figures from different places.

**What do you like best about Kintone?**

After merging two companies across three locations, we relied heavily on emails and PDFs for communication and approvals, which resulted in inconsistent processes. Kintone helped us standardize approval workflows by routing requests to the appropriate authorized personnel and making approvals simple and efficient.

We no longer need to manage documents across multiple folders or locations, as everything is centralized. Kintone’s no-code flexibility allows us to easily create and customize forms and workflows to fit our business needs.

Kintone also offers some of the best customer service in the industry. Their support team communicates clearly, responds quickly, and actively follows up after providing guidance to ensure issues are fully resolved. They have proven to be very reliable partners.

If your organization wants to strengthen internal processes and reduce reliance on email-based approvals, Kintone is a strong solution.

**What do you dislike about Kintone?**

Kintone is actively developing new plug-ins and features to enhance productivity, and they regularly share training videos and courses. However, it would be helpful to also receive clearer and more proactive notifications about newly released features or plug-ins.

If new functionality is introduced and aligns with our business needs, we would be very interested in trying it. More visibility and promotion around new features and plug-ins would make it easier for users to fully leverage Kintone’s evolving capabilities.

**What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kintone helps us standardize forms and workflows for obtaining pre-approvals and submitting actual expense requests across multiple business areas. This has improved consistency, visibility, and control in our internal processes.

As a result, we are now expanding Kintone’s use to additional areas such as CRM, claim management, and new customer onboarding. The platform allows us to scale and extend standardized workflows as our business needs grow.

**What do you like best about Kintone?**

I really appreciate that the support has been great with Kintone. The developers use the product themselves, and they have managed to keep the development process really simple and budget-friendly. The initial setup has been pretty straightforward, and even though we are still in the development phase with some pieces still being built, it's understandable given our in-depth requirements for the apps we need to build. Kintone has made unifying our processes and procedures easier and keeps our reporting simple. It's definitely making things more organized for us. Plus, transitioning from another product has been notably smoother; it only took us about four to six months with Kintone compared to the two years it took with Zoho.

**What do you dislike about Kintone?**

There are very small details when it comes to the functionality that aren't significant to the system we use. Improvements could be made, like being able to type into drop-downs to find what we want, but it's a minor detail that doesn't impact the big picture.

**What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Kintone to unify our processes and procedures, organizing sales data and event performance data from different sources, keeping our reporting simple.

**What do you like best about Kintone?**

I really appreciate how Kintone provides us with a robust database that we can configure and change as we have more needs. It's exactly what we needed, and the price point is much more reasonable compared to hiring a programmer part-time. Once again, I must highlight the outstanding customer service, beginning from the sales team to initial calls and onboarding, through to the ongoing customer service and support over the years. It's some of the best service we've received.

**What do you dislike about Kintone?**

Honestly, it's very user friendly. Anything I would come up with would be nitpicking, and I don't even use it. I'm more of on the programming web development side, so we got this for our staff. Our everyday staff use it with little input from IT support, we don't ever get any IT tickets about it. So it just works. I don't know if you can improve it. Unless you can find a way to send free tacos to me every Monday.

**What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kintone solves the expensive issue of hiring programmers by allowing us to create a database without programming skills. It's easy for everyday users to learn and make necessary modifications, saving us time and money with outstanding tech support.

**What do you like best about Kintone?**

I like that Kintone is customizable, allowing us to mold it to our uses even if I wasn't initially sure what kind of system it was. The customer service has been good, especially during our transition of leadership. Our reps Sharon and Tim have been patient and understanding.

**What do you dislike about Kintone?**

I find the training and usage of Kintone challenging. Since I wasn't familiar with it, it seems like we would need a full-time employee or have to utilize hourly rates to use it effectively. The initial setup wasn't easy, and we might have been overwhelmed by trying to do a lot. I also wish there was an easier way to transfer data from Formsite to Kintone, as currently, we have to do it manually. It seems like what we were sold on how much it could do didn't match the reality of how labor-intensive it is.

**What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kintone for storing membership data.

**What do you like best about Kintone?**

I like being able to export reports from Kintone. It makes easy for mailing, verifying information and creating labels.
I also like that Andrew, has been available to help, and is willing to meet us for a video conference to clear up email misunderstandings.

**What do you dislike about Kintone?**

I dislike that the applications are not always connected to other applications, so we end up inputting the data twice. We have tried to work around some features, and with practice it has become easier to use. However, we are not yet fully integrated onto Kintone.

**What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transitioning from our Excel database to Kintone has been challenging for us, especially following a recent merger. We are still in the process of verifying that all our data is accurate in Kintone before we can depend on it completely. Despite these hurdles, Kintone has proven helpful for managing our waitlist and keeping track of our Tutors. Having these two lists organized has made our daily tasks more manageable.

**What do you like best about Kintone?**

I like that Kintone is easy to use, easy to build, and easy to code in. It makes it a more efficient way to create ideas for our teams. The initial setup was very easy and didn't take long, and with the assistance of support from Kintone, it went very quickly. I definitely recommend it to my colleagues and people who don't have a huge coding background but still need to build forms with workflows. It's very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Kintone?**

I think it would be nice to incorporate some more AI. The layout of the forms could be more modernized. Everything's kinda bulky right now. It'd be nice to allow us to customize more. I know we can use JavaScript and HTML to do that, but it'd be nice for those users that don't know how to use that and still create a decent looking, more modern form.

**What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kintone allows us to control approvals on critical systems, facilitates clear communication about requests, and improves efficiency in creating team ideas.

  ### 9. Does everything we need without the need for a developer. Still as effective as ever!!!

**What do you like best about Kintone?**

Love how easy it is to use and create workflows to manage our business, even without a dedicated developer. I am shocked at how flexible it is and how much we have been able to automate and integrate with other systems we use. Support is great, cost is incredibly low, and the options are endless. We won't be switching anytime soon. 

**What do you dislike about Kintone?**

Not really any thing that we would suggest or point to. We love Kintone and continue to find new uses and applications for it within our business and managing our processes. Seriously, we have 0 complaints or issues with Kintone. 

**What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a multi step process that involves different departments and separate workflows that are managed in separate Kintone applications that link together and share information between them. It allows us to seamlessly work on order processing on 2 different levels at the same time to properly manage purchase orders and delivery of those items. We also have a customized set of documents that we need signed by our customers and all of that is automatically generated and sent out at the push of a button in Kintone because of integrations with other service providers. And all of this can be managed and run by the individual person assigned to each part of the process, which keeps everyone on track and aware of the work that is in their queue.

**What do you like best about Kintone?**

I really value having all our data consolidated in one place, as it has made it much easier for us to streamline our processes. I also greatly appreciate the support we receive from Tim—his assistance has been truly invaluable in helping us understand how to make the most of Kintone.

**What do you dislike about Kintone?**

We use Chobiit with our team and wish that Kintone was more accessible for the large amount of users we have as an organization. Linking from Kintone to Chobiit can sometimes be cumbersome.

**What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kintone helps us to remove the need for many different spreadsheets that was causing us to lose a lot of our data or have different numbers in different places. It also allows us to very quickly see analytics at the push of a button, which has been helpful for our team both for reporting data and in staff supervision.
