I love how customizable the applications are. I can set up the apps to do just about anything I need. If there isn't a native option, it's very simple to upload a script. The options available for me on the back end make data entry much easier and more streamlined for my team on the front end. Our metrics have actually improved significantly simply due to the increased ease of recordkeeping. It's also easy to set up reports, including for metrics that need to be assessed on a recurring basis. The pricing structure is affordable for our small team. I'm very satisfied with Kintone, but there are a couple of small things I think can be improved. One, I believe it's necessary to have somebody on your team who is capable of building and maintaining apps. Customer service is highly responsive, but if you lack somebody who is tech-savvy, getting in touch with your representative could slow things down and be a disadvantage under time pressure. I also wish there were easier/better options for downloading records and reports. It would be really nice to be able to download individual records as Excel or text files. There are a couple very small, but annoying performance issues, like data entry progress getting lost on occasion, but we have found ways to mitigate this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
