"Fast, Agency-Friendly Hosting with a Clear UI and Strong Support"

What do you like best about Kinsta?

Firstly, working with the account executives makes a big difference, especially for an agency when it comes to pricing while hosting multiple larger websites that need far more resources than the standard plans. I’d also strongly recommend using a Hosting Benchmark tool to benchmark performance; the CPU and processing power were well ahead of around five different premium platforms we tested.

Once you’ve been onboarded, the platform itself is easy to use, with a clear UI. Being able to manage the PHP workers directly is a game changer, because it lets you optimise performance for each client.

What do you dislike about Kinsta?

The main thing to be careful of is how they measure and track visitor traffic, since this is a key factor in their pricing.

You’ll need to get on top of bot traffic ASAP, especially AI bot crawlers, and make sure you use their firewalls and built-in tools to manage it effectively. That said, their technical support team is superb and helped us implement the rules we needed so we were only blocking the bad traffic while still allowing the right crawlers through. What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?

We initially chose Kinsta for our larger clients because, after running hosting benchmark tests, it came down to CPU and processing power. That extra capacity has helped us improve performance across the core metrics that influence Core Web Vitals and overall performance optimisation. The benefits have been very real.
