We moved to Kinsta after using a few other hosting companies. We particularly chose them, for the level of support they provide, even on our plan which is reasonably basic. At no time have Kinsta ever failed to help me, even if in the end it turns out its something I did. Uptime has been 100% and their dashboard is easy to use. Transferring my old website to Kinsta was really easy and all managed for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Kinsta? The only real downside is that Kinsta is run using NGINX rather than LINUX which gave me some issues running a plugin that converted my images to WEBP. I did manage to use Cloudflare to provide an alternative for this, but this is the only issue and the benefits far outweigh this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you? Kinsta doesnt have a mail server, so we used Google Workspace, however the lack of a mail server has meant almost zero spam/hacking which was a problem with previous hosting (also previous hosting all without fail washed their hands of helping me sort it out) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
