"Epicor Kinetic in the cloud"

What do you like best about Kinetic?

I have been using Epicor Kinetic in a cloud environment for 5 years now and there have been a few developments to the software that are worth noting. As most software vendors, Epicor has been embracing AI to help with the efficiencies of repetitive tasks, data analysis and beyond. You can now use their Prism AI to help control your RFQ process or compare imported documents or help design your customizations in Application Studio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kinetic?

I would like them to release a payroll solution for the Canadian market and also help out the clients that have very complex quoting situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kinetic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having access to Kinetic through any device is huge for an administrator like myself. The amount of times I've been asked for information or password resets while out of the office proves it is a great saver for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
