I like Kinetic’s ease of use and customization options. It gives us visibility into our inventory, orders, and when products will be available, so we can keep the right raw materials on hand, keep orders from backordering, and ship to customers on time and accurately. The raw material portion ties in well with our MRP and production planning. The reporting is good too: Kinetic provides its own EPICOR-driven reports and ties in well with Power BI, which gives us more options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up Kinetic wasn’t easy, though no initial ERP setup is easy. FedEx international integration is very limited, so I have to work outside the system for much of the shipping process. Domestically, it works fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
