What do you like best about Kinetic Data?

Support staff are very helpful and professional. Genuinely concerned about our success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kinetic Data?

Our transition from the prior version has taken longer than expected. We are running in our own environment and it has taken a considerable amount of support from Kinetic to get that environment operational and stable. I suspect running in their hosted environment would have reduced the implementation time considerably but that was not an option for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kinetic Data solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use their product as the platform for our online service catalog and they provide software that is up-to-date, supported, and meets our technical requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
