"Workflow Configurations That Streamline Document Reviews Before Archiving"

What do you like best about Kinective SignPlus?

The workflow configurations to get eyes on documents before final archive makes business processes flow smoothly. Rather than having to wait for documents to hit cold storage, departments can review key documents earlier in the document life cycle. This helps prevent documents with inaccurate data making it to archive where I would have to remove if we discovered they had inaccurate data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kinective SignPlus?

I wish we had a more direct integration with Active Directory that would remove users from the system when they leave the credit union. We have a backlog of users in the systems so anytime I need to access the user page, it can take an extremely long time to load. A more automated way to clean up "expired" users would be great. What problems is Kinective SignPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am working with a business unit to change their workflow to get their department's eyes on documents before hitting cold storage. It is still a work in progress, but once implemented, it will prevent that team from needing to come to me any time they don't see documents in cold storage due to network hiccups, additional documents archiving, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
