What do you like best about Kinds Security?

Switching to Kinds Security has been a noticeable upgrade over our previous vendor. It was the easiest roll out ever for our team we connected our workspace, and it was ready in minutes. What stands out most is the managed/automated experience. There is virtually no overhead; it's automated from scheduling to follow-ups. The personalized training experience and personalized phishing experience keep scenarios relevant for staff. The platform is genuinely easy to use, and honestly, my employees love it because the lessons are short and don't interrupt their workday. What do you dislike about Kinds Security?

While the automated messaging via Slack and email works smoothly for keeping completion rates high, it would be nice to have a bit more granular control over custom reminder frequency for specific user groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
